Equity, Inclusion and Belonging

Leveraging my experience and expertise as a former senior DEIJB leader in independent schools and leading Board DEI committees, I can help your school actualize its equity, inclusion and belonging commitments through strategic planning, audits, coaching, professional development and student support. My consulting in this area includes the following:

  • DEIJB Strategy-to-Practice Audit

    • Review the school’s current goals, PD, policies, curricular practices, hiring processes, etc. in this area

    • Identify the gaps in language & commitments and action

    • Deliver a realistic roadmap (90 days, 12-month)

    • Partner with school’s DEI leader or DEI faculty committee (if applicable) on the plan forward
